Where do I get all this stuff?
First go cheap - look for things around the house, including borrowing things from your wife's/partner's kitchen and 'forgetting to return them' so they will always be handy. Go to GumTree, Ebay or to Buy Sell Swap Facebook group pages. Put postings up letting people know what you're looking to purchase.Purchasing used equipment can be good but also can be of a concern - especially the fermenter. When purchasing a used fermenter, make sure there are no scratches or stains in the plastic otherwise those scratches can be a breeding ground for bacteria.
I will also show you tricks on how to expand your equipment on a budget.
