I'M A SUCCESSFUL HOME BREWER

I, like so many others, have experimented with home brewing over the years. My first attempts were terrible resulting in exploding bottles and cleaning the mess. I actually stepped away from home brewing believing that it wasn't right for me and my taste buds. So, why did I fail and give up? I thought I could brew my own beer without training. I figured I could experiment first and learn later. While brewing isn't an exact science there are steps to take to gain a successful brew to enjoy.

A few years back I decided I was tired of spending $40.00 plus dollars for 24 small bottles of cheap beer. I decided it was time to start brewing again. I began collecting tall and small beer bottles. I already had the fermenter and the basic equipment to brew and test the fermented beer. I wanted to brew a simple low cost beer costing me approximately $20.00 dollars for ingredients and resulting in 25 to 30 tall bottles of beer which results in almost 60+ stubbies. That's a HUGE SAVINGS resulting in almost three slabs of beer!  The beer tasted better, had personality and was hand crafted by me. Even my friends said it was 'bloody good'.

I was on my own and like any newbie I made mistakes. I tossed a couple of brews out because I thought I knew better. Had I had someone like myself (THE WIZ) guiding me and looking over my shoulder during my first brews I would have saved time & money.

Yes, you have to invest in yourself to gain the results of a good home brew. I promise this will be the best beer money you've ever spent.

Spend the time with THE WIZ and your homebrew will result in money and time saved. Of course, if you have an abundance of time and money to waste ... go for it. Brew your first batch on your own and I'll bet you'll end up with undrinkable infected beer. Your first batch of beer under the supervision of an experienced brewer will gain you knowledge of fermentation, testing, sterilizing, bottling and when to drink.

My goal is to make your journey to home brewing easy, cost effective, and to introduce you to a new hobby that will enhance your lifestyle. Spend those saved dollars on something you've been putting off purchasing. Maybe money is tight - home brewing allows you to enjoy a beer without expensive trips to the bottle shop. Or, maybe you just want to impress your friends and neighbours. I know I enjoy the feedback I receive from someone tasting my home brew for the first time.
